Winter League 2009/10 > Re-Arranged Fixtures Info

ANY captain can postpone a fixture providing they give a minimum 7 days notice to the opposing captain (unless the fixture falls between League Week 16 and 18, then special permission needs to be obtained from the committee), if the notice period given is less than 7 days and both captains agree mutually to postpone then that will be accepted by the committee, if a captain refuses to cancel and the notice given is less than 7 days then the fixture MUST be played.

Any league fixture postponed in the first half of the season (Week 1 to Week 9) must be re-arranged and played by Week 10 Wednesday (24th February 2010).

Any first half fixture not fulfilled by Week 10 Wednesday (24th February 2010) will be forfeited 10-0 by both teams, with appropriate fines and/or points deduction imposed.

Any league fixture postponed (Week 10 to Week 15 only) must be re-arranged and played by Week 16 Wednesday (14th April 2010).

Second half (Week 10 to Week 15 only) fixtures not fulfilled by Week 16 Wednesday (14th April 2010) will be forfeited 10-0 by both teams, with appropriate fines and/or points deduction imposed.

Last three fixtures (Week 16 to Week 18) cannot be posponed and re-arranged unless under extreme circumstances and with prior approval from the committee, any team(s) cancelling these fixtures without committee approval will again receive fines and/or points deduction.
